FORMED HEALTHCARE is a specialized center, delivering services in the areas of orthoses, prostheses, rehabilitation products and scoliosis. Our center which was established in 2005 in İstanbul, comprises of a retail store and a workshop/ application center. At FORMED HEALTHCARE , we offer solutions through readymade and tailor made products especially for orthopedic problems.

Value of being able to move is best understood when it is impaired. A healthy person without any disability can freely and naturally perform his/her movements such as standing, walking, running ,holding, lifting and carrying. Whereas,due to their disabilities, some other people can not perform these activities and needtherapy and supportive devices.

FORMED HEALTHCARE Orthosis and Prosthesis workshop and applicationcenter is licensed by Ministry of Health. Retail goods and services are reimbursed by Social Security Institution (SSI). Furhermore, our center has contracts with private health insurance companies which cover whole or partial payment for products either prescribed by the physician or tailor made for the need of the patient. Our patients may benefit from these advantages based on the frame of their health insurance and our contracts with private health insurance companies. FORMED HEALTHCARE has Allianz and Anadolu Hayat Sigorta contracts.
All the products wich are sold and applied at FORMED HEALTHCARE are supplied from international companies which have high competence in this field. For arm and leg prostheses, local companies are also utilized in addition toOtto Bock and Ossür. Furthermore, FORMED HEALTHCARE is the licensee of numerous foreign brands for orthoses and devices. Scoliosis corsets are imported from Sanomed (Germany). We collaborate with Ped Cad company for the production of tailor made insoles and slippers. Dorset Orthopedics from UK is our partner for SAFO silicon orthoses and special silicon prostheses. In addition, special orthoses are produced in collaboration with DMO Orthotic andDirame. Furthermore, FORMED HEALHTCARE provides a number of products in the field of orthoses and rehabilitation products, that are needed by its patients.
At FORMED HEALTHCARE, certified personnel produce and make the application of tailor made orthoses and prostheses, at the wokshop licensed by Turkish Ministry of Health and is certified by Turkish Standards Institute (TSE).
